AAA Five Diamond Hotels list in Mexico: The Mexico Report


Two hotels in Mexico have been added to the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award hotel list for 2020, with a total of 26. The two Mexico hotels added to the list were in Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico, Riviera Maya

  • Hotel Xcaret Mexico (Playa del Carmen, Mexico) – This all-inclusive resort is full of activities, including eight theme parks, many swimming pools, three exercise rooms and a private island. Many of the modern rooms open to the pools or the river. (New list)
  • UNICO 20 ° N 87 ° W Hotel Riviera Maya (Akumal, Mexico) – This unique property features rooms with spacious balconies that offer a large seating area and large oval-shaped hot tubs.
