 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We rented a car through Claudia and it was a very easy and low stress process. It cost 1200 pesos for the day which is more than what the europcar rental would cost however, we were super wary of renting anywhere after reading all the scammy reviews. We tried to go to europcar during open hours to enquire and they were closed which sounds like a common issue, being unable to return cars to them and then being charged an extra day. Claudia had a car delivered right to our hotel for us, and again the next morning when it was pickup time, someone came right to us to retrieve it.  It was a good car with great a/c that got us from Puerto Morelos to chichen itza and back wonderfully. They did hold 5000 pesos on my card which took about five days to return to me after they cancelled, so be aware of that...the driver cancelled it and gave me the receipts but the process through my bank back at home took more time. But Claudia is reliable and scam free and you can feel confident booking with her. Thanks Claudia!
