A look at the cultural activities of the FTVM<\/h3>\n

A day in which we celebrate all those who are no longer there and we contract again with our roots, the Day of the Dead<\/strong>. At the Festival of Traditions of Life and Death this is celebrated by sharing the tradition of a state of the republic. Through regional artists, typical gastronomy and local crafts it is able to give a cultural representation of how the Day of Deads in this state is lived. This year\u2019s guest is our state: Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n

This celebration goes beyond put an altar<\/strong> or eat the delicious and hot dead bread<\/strong>, but it is the most important tradition in Mexico, it is something that unites us. The 15th edition of the FTVM presents groups such as the Tumben Huhub Ballet which presents the work of \u201cU sak nik nal\u201d or in Spanish \u201cSe Extingui\u00f3 su Blanca Flor\u201d and there is also the Xcaret Dance Company which presents the adaptation of the Count Francisca. and Death “Ixchel and Death.” The dances of the night is the Death \u201c\u00d3ok’ot Y\u00e9etel Kaan\u201d or Dancing with the Serpent and the \u201cGame of the Life and the Death\u201d of the Group Xipe Totek that tells the history us of the rituals of the Mayan culture through the dance and ball game.<\/p>\n
