The key complement, to enhance the flavors of the dishes of the night, was the pairing with the wines of the Hotel Xcaret Arte and Tequila Clase Azul.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Culinary turn with Jonat\u00e1n Go&#8217;mez Moon<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rapprochement between the East and the cultures of our country goes back to the <strong>viceregal era.<\/strong> We can talk about the <strong>in China,<\/strong> ship covering trade routes between <strong>Asia<\/strong> and the <strong>New Spain.<\/strong> Aboard this ship, they arrived <strong>headquarters<\/strong> y <strong>exotic specialties<\/strong> to the homes of the peninsulars and Creoles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Centuries have passed and that cultural relationship continues to flourish. Oriental is a gastronomy that I did not have <strong>entered, investigated<\/strong> O <strong>explored.<\/strong> It was a great responsibility to merge these two gastronomic cultures to create Chino Poblano &#8220;, said chef Jonat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The chef also added that working on this project in the hands of <strong>Hotel Xcaret Arte<\/strong> has represented a major breakthrough for his career, because he had always been dedicated to making Mexican food and <strong>now his knowledge has believed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The world in one bite<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main challenge of Jonat\u00e1n G\u00f3mez Luna in creating this concept was that <strong>neither of the two cuisines will be obscured<\/strong>, Finding the balance to highlight the qualities of the two cultures.  This has been achieved by the middle of the <strong>ingredients<\/strong> e <strong>research,<\/strong> we checked on the crunchy ball made with <strong>lychee daisy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then we move on to one <strong>new con <em>foie gras<\/em><\/strong>,<strong> praline of nogada <\/strong>y<strong> soy caramel<\/strong>, which gave it that oriental touch.  To highlight the elegance of the dish, it was decorated with a <strong>23 carat gold leaf<\/strong>. To complement the experience, we drank <strong>Hollow vein<\/strong>, vi <strong>100% white sauvignon<\/strong> which managed to prolong the flavors in the mouth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poblano flavor in the oriental style<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;In China, they have centuries of flavor, in addition to having <strong>one of the oldest recipes in the world<\/strong>. <strong>Mexico also shares this situation<\/strong>.  Both are cultures <strong>millennial gastronomy \u201d,<\/strong> commented the chef to stress that he was surprised that the ingredients from both places <strong>they will tie so well<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">We check it again in his <strong><em>ramen<\/em><\/strong> <strong>with mass of hips<\/strong>, accompanied with <strong>semi-soft pieces of New Zealand lamb<\/strong>.
